Santiago Illia president & founder of Apartment Lease Up Experts is an active member of SEFAA, AAGO, AAA, Tampa Bay Association and NAA, where he attended many seminars in leasing, marketing and management.

Who is Santiago Illia

Apartment Lease-Up Experts Founder & President, Santiago Illia is a licensed broker in the State of Florida. Native of Argentina, he studied at UCES (Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales Y Sociales), a Private Argentinean University of Commercial Sciences located in the Capital Buenos Aires where he earned a degree in business administration with a major in marketing. His degree has been fully validated in the United States of America.

In 2002 he began his career in the Real Estate sector where he worked with several companies completing lease ups for their properties. After 5 years in the field he decided to start his own Realty business, aiming to bring a new approach to the market. Always present and involved at all levels of his company. He has a hands-on work style and encourages the same for all his staff.
