CAREERS
Traveling Leasing Agent (Multi-Site Leasing Specialist)
You are not new to leasing. You have already proven you can close, you know how to fill a community when the market is soft, and you are ready for something bigger than a single property. This role is built for the experienced agent who treats marketing as a craft, connects with every prospect who walks through the door, and leaves each assignment with units leased, residents who remember their name, and a property team that wishes they could keep you.
We send experienced leasing agents into Class A, B, C, and Affordable communities across the country to handle lease-ups, repositionings, and high-pressure stabilization runs. Every 60 to 180 days you are somewhere new, with a fresh property, a new market, and a clear set of leasing and marketing goals. Furnished housing is paid. Utilities are covered. A rental car is waiting for you.
What you get
- Furnished housing with utilities included on every assignment
- Rental car provided
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off between assignments
- Referral and bonus programs
What you will own
- Lease. Tours, follow-ups, and closes. We expect a 60 percent or higher tour-to-lease conversion. If that number sounds aggressive, this role is not your fit, and that is okay.
- Marketing. This is half the job. You will run digital campaigns, social, outreach to local employers and brokers, signage strategy, resident events, and anything else that fills the funnel.
- Relationships. Prospects remember how you make them feel. Residents renew because of how you treat them on day one. On-site teams will adopt you as one of their own within a week.
- Adaptation. A new market, property, team, and resident demographic on every assignment, and you will be running it inside 72 hours.
What we are looking for
- 3 or more years in multifamily leasing
- A track record you can point to with real numbers
- Hands-on marketing experience: you have built and run campaigns, not just executed someone else’s
- Bilingual Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Comfortable on the road, with 60 to 180 day assignments and a full travel commitment
- Valid driver’s license (rental car provided)
- Fluent in leasing software and CRMs such as Yardi, Entrata, Knock, AppFolio, or ResMan
- Self-managed and self-motivated
